About Julia
As a physical therapist, I hold a deep respect for both the science of the body and the intelligence within it.

I came into this field wanting to understand my own body—and how to heal.
Movement has always been central to my life: running, swimming, dance. Early on, I found my way into hands-on work through massage and body-based therapies, where I began to see how much healing can happen through touch and awareness.
That curiosity led me deeper into the clinical world, working in hospital settings with complex conditions like spinal cord injury and stroke. It gave me a broad view of how the body responds under stress—and what it needs to recover.
At the same time, I began to feel the limitations of working within systems where treatment is often dictated by insurance models, rather than what truly supports the person in front of you.
Over time, I found myself most drawn to hands-on work—approaches that honor the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for healing.
I wanted the freedom to choose methods based on what actually helps—especially approaches that are non-invasive and work with the body, not against it.
What I’ve come to trust is that the body is constantly communicating.
Through touch and presence, each session becomes a kind of conversation—listening to what your body is holding, and supporting what it’s ready to release.

My Path
My own experience with injury and recovery continues to shape this work.
After years of pushing my body through athletics and navigating chronic knee pain, I understand what it’s like to search for answers—and how meaningful it is to finally feel real change.
Discovering microcurrent therapy was another turning point—reinforcing what I had already begun to trust.
Today, I continue to study and refine this work through ongoing training and experience.
I find it endlessly fascinating—and deeply fulfilling—to help people reconnect with their bodies and move out of pain.

My goal is simple: to help you feel better in your body—and to trust it again.
