Holistic Physical Therapy

A WHOLE-BODY APPROACH

Healing doesn’t always happen by working harder on the area that hurts.

Often, it comes from understanding how different parts of the body are working together—and where that process has become stuck or overwhelmed.

My work focuses on identifying and supporting deeper patterns—so your body can restore balance in a more complete and lasting way.

Each session is tailored to what your body needs in the moment, drawing from a small number of complementary approaches—applied individually or in combination—to support healing at multiple levels.

What to Expect in a Session

Each session is tailored to your body, your goals, and what’s needed in the moment.

I may draw from one or more complementary approaches—combining gentle, hands-on work with microcurrent therapy when appropriate—to support your body’s natural movement toward healing.

The work is subtle and responsive, using positioning, touch, and targeted support to release tension, restore ease, and improve function.

Sessions may focus on a single approach or integrate multiple techniques—depending on what your body needs that day.

The focus is always the same: creating the conditions your body needs to heal, reorganize, and move more freely.
